Professional Bio

Chef Boris Seljak is a classically trained chef and proprietor of Sac Valley Gourmet Catering. Chef Boris received his culinary education in Belgrade, Serbia.  In his thirty-year career, he provided fine dining for hotels and restaurants in both Europe and the United States.  His caterings range from private dinner parties to large-scale events.  In addition to being a chef, he was previously the Kitchen Director at a private high school serving over 1,000 students and staff.  Chef Boris currently resides in Citrus Heights, California with his family and can be reached at boriscitrusheights@gmail.com
